WHAT DO YOU LOVE MOST ABOUT PILATES?

Pilates can be fun but also disciplined (all about that control). It has improved my posture, self-esteem and strength.

YOUR WORLD OUTSIDE OF PILATES?

Getting outdoors with my 1 year old daughter, keeping active in the park or going for walks. I love having time to work on my own fitness, plan travel trips, and learn Italian – but let’s be honest there isn’t much spare time when you have a toddler.

#1 BUCKETLIST ITEM?

Own a holiday home.

WHAT MAKES YOU FEEL TRULY ALIVE?

The opportunity to switch off, lessen responsibilities, and travel. Good food and wine with friends/family and spending that quality time with others.

BEST WAY TO START THE DAY?

With a cup a earl grey tea.

Buying too many coffees.
